Refund & Exchange Policy

Live & In-Person Courses

• The user may request a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the course start date.
• If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the course start date, 20% of the fees is deducted as administrative and operational charges.
• Once the program starts, any live session is attended, or the lesson recordings are obtained, the user is not entitled to any refund.
• A student’s failure to attend sessions or to use the service after it has been made available does not entitle them to a refund.
• The Academy may modify session schedules, instructors, or the program’s delivery method when needed without any resulting refund, provided there is no material breach of the program content.

Recorded Courses

• The user may receive a full refund if they have not accessed, viewed, or downloaded any educational content or files.
• Once the content is accessed, any part of the recordings is viewed, or the educational files are downloaded, the user is deemed to have begun benefiting from the educational service and is not entitled to a refund.

The Academy relies on its own electronic logs and tracking systems to determine:

• Access to the content.
• Viewing of the recordings.
• Downloading of the educational files.
• Duration of usage and interaction.

These logs are considered an official, approved reference for the Academy.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• The transfer process takes 7 to 30 business days depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

• The user may request to exchange the course for another of equal or lesser value, provided the request is submitted before the course starts.
• If the alternative course is higher priced, the price difference must be paid before completing the exchange.
• If there is no specific cancellation or exchange policy for a particular program, this is clarified before completing the payment or registration.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Academy, its employees, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Force Majeure

Severability

Assignment

Ngen Academy may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without prior notice, whereas the user may not transfer their rights or obligations without written consent from the Academy.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Ngen Academy and the user regarding the use of the platform and educational services, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where the Academy’s headquarters is located, and the competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the platform or services.
